First of all he was 2 1/2 hours late for the initial appointment. After this, it took him 3 days to email us an estimate. The insurance compay wanted a more detailed estimate and when I contacted him, I was told that I put at the front of the list as a favor since, I called repeatedly, and the job could not be done for several weeks anyhow.

This person does not do business in a very professional manner.

We used this company for some exterior painting and to add a new deck on the side of our house as an exit through french doors out of our master bedroom. As soon as we decided to go with them they came out and began pressure washing our house to prepare for painting, and the owner himself, Chip Burke came and talked with us bringing samples and going over every detail of what we wanted. We were immediately impressed with his experience and also with his manners. The workers that came out to our home were also very polite, and happy to answer any questions that we had while they were working. They were impressive with managing their time and cleaned up so well when they were finished you wouldnt have known they were there. We were not even billed until the owner came out a second time and surveyed all the work with us making sure that we were satisfied! I would refer this company to anyone needing a building or remodeling job completed, I know we have become lifetime Global customers!
