My experience at Ford was excellent. The customer service was outstanding and the sales department tried to meet our needs to the best of their ability, better than anywhere else. They were all friendly and extremely patient with my husband and me. I did not feel pushed or rushed. I was able to take my time and think about the decisions that we were making. I have owned several cars over the years and Park Cities has the best service department I have ever used. It is easier and more pleasant for me to go there for services I could do elsewhere close to my home, like oil changes, state inspections, wiper blade changes, etc.

I have bought several new Ford vehicles ranging from Super Duties to a Limited F-150. This by far was the best experience I have ever had dealing with a dealership. This was not a easy transaction because I live out of state. They arrange shipment of my car and handle all the paper work required by my state.
