Kenny's Cleaners

I took 20 white shirts in to be cleaned. In the past they had done a pretty good job. I ask if they could watchthe area around my selves so I would not have to do touch up work when I took my shirts home. The head guy(gray hair) told me to leave and not come back. I promise this is true. A lady who worked there told me theycould touch do touch up work, but it would cost more. She showed me another lady doing the touch up work.When the manager said they do not do touch up work, I ask about the lady with the iron doing touch up work.He said there was no lady doing touch up work. I don't know why he went off like that. When I did leave, I heardhim yelling at the employees not to tell people like me that they do touch up work. I watched them lower theirheads as he yelled at them. He never would tell why he wanted me to take my shirts and leave. I had been goingthere for 3 years. I will never go back. I only get to vote with my money and tell you what happened.
