        El Fenix, established in 1918, is a family-owned Mexican restaurant chain that specializes in Tex-Mex cuisine. Founded by Mike Martinez, the chain has been serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area for more than 75 years. With annual sales of over $30 million, it operates over 15 store locations throughout Texas. The chain offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, beverages and desserts. Its restaurants also serve fajitas, quesadillas, enchiladas, tamales, tacos and traditional Mexican combination platters.
