Schwans is a joke! HORRIBLE service. FIRST TWO delivery dates late (2 hours +). On the first one they first offered to deliver on the next delivery date (2 weeks later). When I said no way, they had Fed Ex deliver 5 days later. At NO time during this did I receive any calls from a driver, cust. Service, nobody. I had to call them. Twice! Now two weeks later, the same exact thing as last time. Apparently Beavis and Bu**head run this show. No offense, B. & B.
