A Relax Service Heating & A/C

Humberto is the man! My A/C was completely out and I called him around 11:00 AM today (Sunday). He had 2 other jobs ahead of me (on the other side of Dallas at that) but estimated he'd be there between 2 & 3 PM. He called me @ 1:12 PM to let me know he was on the way & arrived a little before 2. He is very honest, professional, & polite and quickly & properly diagnosed the problems. In about an hour to an hour & a half he had my A/C up and running again (& at a very reasonable price). It was my first call to him but he is now the only one I'll call for heating & A/C work! THANKS Humberto!!!!

Don't hesitate, you can call this guy. I found Humberto on the internet; and after reading a few reviews I decided to call him; it was the weekend and 110 outside. He was very honest diagnosing the problem, and after talking to a friend who used to be a HVAC cert., he told me Humberto could have easily concealed the problem, which would be more profitable to him in the furture, or would have convinced me to buy a new unit (which is what the big companies do) - and the price was very relatively low considering it was late night on a weekend. He opened up the unit, found the leak, which was caused by electric cabes that touched the copper, fixed it, refilled the freon and also gave preventive maintenace to the other units, which were low in freon.

A/C went out on July 1st at 8:PM, Friday. Because of the 4th holiday, I'm being told by all other providers that it'll be Tuesday before anything can happen. Great, I get to sweat for 3 days. On a whim, I call A Relax, and get Humberto just finishing a job in Mesquite. He agrees to come out to Carrollton, diagnose the problem, and then fixes it by 9:45. This company, and even more importantly... this guy Mr. Humberto Trillo, are what customer service and attention to detail are about. Please, please call this guy the next time you find yourself unexpectedly too hot or too cold.

Very Honest !!!! Fixed my AC over the phone(at no charge) Has done work for other people that we know. Will always be happy to use him. It sure is great to have a great Ac/heat guy on hand!!!! This is our 2nd time to use him.

our a/c went out on saturday night memorial day weekend....we were doing a renovation on our house and i called our contractor who recommended 3 dallas companies...at 10:00 on a saturday night i called all 3 and got no response...i went on the internet and found humberto who had some great reviews...he answered his phone immediately and arrived at our house promptly the next morning....he informed us that the motor was shot on our a/c unit and he could not get a until maybe tuesday as it was a long weekend...however, monday morning i called him and he had a unit and intstalled it early monday afternoon....not bad for a memorial day weekend!!!....i thought the a/c seemed a little warm and he came and rechecked everyithing first thing tuesday morning...outstanding srevice...i am freezing as i write this....our a/c has never worked better!!!...highly recommend this guy!!...humberto is great!!

My downstairs A/C unit was blowing hot air. i called A Relax Service and spoke with Humberto. He came out to service my unit only to find that it had a blown coil. He was back at my home the next morning at 9am with a new unit. The installation was Top Notch, priced reasonably and the unit is working great. I will definitely be calling on him for A/C concerns and passing his information to others that need help.

I didnt want a big company to come and hit me with every charge in the book So I looked on and found A Relax Service Heating & AC and he had a bunch of good reviews so I tried him out and he was great. I called on a Saturday at around 215 in the afternoon and he arrived within an hour. He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. He was nice, polite and professional.

My AC was acting up so I called A Relax Service Heating & AC and talked to Humberto. I asked him to come out the following morning and he gave me a call about 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and my AC is working great! I will definately be calling him if I need any other heating or AC issues as he was extremely friendly, informative and the service call cost was alot lower than many other companies I looked into.

I called 2 companies and they wanted to sell me a new heating. I decided to make one last call. Humberto came and repaired my heater at a razonable price. Thanks for your honesty. when I need to repace it I know who to call.

My AC was kind of lazy. He came the same day and took care of bussiness real fast. The price very reasonable. I will contract them again.
