Ragsdale offered fast, friendly, and professional service. My technician, Steven talked me through everything he was doing and kept me well aware of costs before moving forward.

The technician, Zack, was very polite and very knowledgeable. As Ragsdale may not be the cheapest in town, they are well worth the extra paid to have things done right the first time. Thank you Zack for your time and knowledge. I will definately be a customer for life.

We only started using Ragsdale last year, when our system went out and they came and replaced it in a timely fashion, reasonably priced. We signed up for the maintenance package and they have been on time every time. This time, we got a call the morning of our appointment telling us that the technician would be at our house shortly, and he was!! Michael Mullins has been our technician the last two times for the maintenance and we are very pleased with him. He is courteous, professional, well dressed, competent and very helpful with any questions that we have.

I have never used any one but Ragsdale Heating and Air. My system was leaking and I called Ragsdale and Mark came out and got my system up and running, and explained to me what was wrong and what I needed to do to make my system work properly. After Mark left another gentleman from Ragsdale (whose name I did not get) came by and showed me some things I could do to keep my system in top notch condition. All the employees at Ragsdale from those who assisted me over the phone to the Technicians that came out are the best.

When we discovered that our air conditioning was not working at 1:00 am Sunday morning and the temperature in the house was rising, it was nice to know that we could count on Ragsdale to dispatch a technician quickly to find and fix our problem.



This is the second time that we have had to call on Ragsdale on a weekend and they never fail to to provide exemplary service. Mark, the technician, could not have been more courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time!

I am thankful for Ragsdale! I had an issue and they were able to work my home into the schedule the same day! And my specialist, Mike W., shared with me some really helpful information. Ragsdale has professional, helpful and kind folks! I have never had a bad experience!

Very satisfied with Ragsdale's service. Mr. Waters did all the required maintenance as well as solving some extra problems: the cord that pulls down the folding stairs to the attic broke, the attic light was burned out, and there was a rat's nest (including rats) in the outside heat pump! He took care of all these problems for me very efficiently and was very friendly. I have never had anything but excellent service during the nearly ten years I have been doing business with Ragsdale Heating and Air.

The A/C went out the day before our vacation. Ragsdale worked us in on a booked day and sent Tyler Tolbert before the end of the day. Tyler's technical expertise was of great value to me. He explained what had happened to the unit and seemed enthusiastic wanting to do the best job for us. We appreciate Ragsdale Heating and Air for sending someone to our home that we can trust. Tyler is professional and definitely an asset to the company.

Mike Mullins has been our heating/ac service rep for a year. He is thorough and answers all questions about our units. He services both of our homes. We are happy to have him as our rep.



We have been with Ragsdale since 1999. The service is always great. The girls in the office that answer the phone have always been attentive and made sure that any problem was taken care of in a timely manner.

I was asked my technician Jerry from Ragsdale Heating and Air if I would comment on his work. I am glad to do so and found him to be extremely efficient and very professional. The entire experience with the company was extremely favorable. They educated me on the most efficient unit for my house and called me several times after to assure I was pleased with their work. When Aaron came to take care of my maintenance check, I had more than a handful of other things going, and so did he. But he patiently worked with me and completed the tasks necessary to put me and my furnace and air conditioner in a good place. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to work under conditions beyond our control which complicated and prolonged his task. But he got the job done with a calm manner and polite demeanor.

We had a "specialist" come out for our preventive maintenance, after twenty minutes he was gone. As i looked over the service order that he left with me, it stated that he changed both filters, (these are not the small thin filters, but 5" thick at a cost of around $40 each). After reading this on the service order I thought i would look to see if they were indeed changed, and to my surprise, there was my two old filters still in the unit, still dirty. Makes one wonder what else didn't he do! Expected service on a nearly $12000 unit

Ragsdale Heating & Air is an excellent company. They maintain my home & Lake House. Always happy with their work. Michael Bickers is the technician that services my houses. He treats my stuff as if it was his own. Would highly recommend them!!!

I've been a customer of Ragsdale Heating and Air since they opened. They have installed over 20 units for me and always have done a great job. Michael Bickers is the technician that works on our stuff most of the time and he does a super job. He takes the time to explain whats going on and is always looking for ways to save us money. Great company, great people 25 hours a day / 8 days a week.

Everyone that I talked with was very nice and considerate. The rep, Chris, was very easy to talk with when explaining what I needed and the specs, Rodney & Todd arrived when they said they would. All of the work was done quickly and they cleaned up the debris and removed it. My house is warm again. Thank you Radsdale Heating & Air for making my life comfortable again.

Our prior experience with service tech's for any company has really never been a pleasant one. We had been ripped off before, but dealing with Ragsdale H & A has restored our faith that there are decent, honest people out here doing their jobs. Our service Tech Patrick has been informative & thorough. If our unit really needs something we are told about it, If not he doesn't start adding on stuff we don't really need just now. We are truly happy with our maintenance contract & our service. They have always been on time or sometimes even early. Very pleasant young man to deal with.

You have to use Ragsdales. Try them. They are great. I just had Tim V out and he explained everything he was doing and seemed very knowledgable. They guys that installed were excellent also. I appreciate having someone I can trust.

Larry has been my parents and my heating & air technician for few years now. Excellent service and honest communication of the specific work that needs to be done. Convenient scheduling and if there is a delay the office is prompt and let you know Larry is on the way.
