        Overall

        They are now using the name Chimney Doctor LLC. All around bad experience with this company. They were hired to clean my stove pipe. The guys came to my door smoking cigarettes. They were supposed to clean the chimney pipes-one outside, one inside. They claimed the inside pipes were rusted together so they couldn't clean it. I was able to disassemble the inside pipe by myself and I'm a 5'5" female. They were not rusted together as they said. I would recommend calling a more competent company.
