Cypress Glass & Mirror

The salesman shows up when he wants to - literally showed up at 5 pm and was suppose to be there by 11 am. He takes measurements and says it will be 3 days until glass comes in. 5 days later he calls and wants to make sure I have cash - and doesn't show up the next day as arranged.

2 days later he sends 10 texts to my cell phone - I had left it at the house - wanting to come by THAT day - I replied that evening that I would be available until 1 pm the NEXT day - but had to leave for a doctor's appointment downtown no later than 1 pm. He never showed up. I was in the waiting room at doctor's appointment - my cell phone on vibrate - and he sends text after text - I called him at 2:30 - he asks if he can do it right then, told him I was on my way home - but it might take me awhile. Within 20 minutes he starts texting me again -then he calls me angry that I am not there to let him in. I probably shouldn't have let the guy do the work, but at this point he was there and he had the glass. HE ASKED FOR THE CASH BEFORE HE EVEN STARTED, I told him that I preferred to pay upon completion, and went and got my neighbor to come sit with me while he did the work. He was obviously desperate for the cash - CASH ONLY - and tried to add $100 to agreed on price - I guess he was either so busy - or in my opinion so high/amped up on something - that he forgot his quoted price. (let's get real here - he was trying to rip me off) Wouldn't recommend this speed freak to my worst enemy. Texting is not how to conduct business, it is for high school kids, and showing up late or not at all is unprofessional. Repeatedly asking for cash is rude - he had no manners and in my opinion didn't do that great of a job. NOT GONNA BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER - would rather have cold air coming thru the cracks of a broken window that use this company. FYI - he was the owner - what a jerk.
