        After my dad died & I needed to sell his house (from out of state), I initially contacted Dye Tavary & Judge (because I was under the impression, at the time, that DTJ was the only realtor in Cut Bank). The DTJ experience was so miserable, I actually wound up having to pay them $1000.00 NOT to sell my house. Compared to that experience, I have nothing but good things to say about Royal realty.
