Purchased a Groupon for twenty visits with intention of possible being a member at the conclusion of said visits. Was pressured almost every session with membership 'deals' and asked why I had not started paying yet--Pretty simple, I still had remaining visits that I already paid for! On about my 12th visit I was told it was my last one. Received a refund from Groupon but unbelievably they are still allowed to sell these prepaid visits and then refuse to honor them in their entirety if assumed someone will not be paying monthly thereafter. Oh yes, forgot to mention the mats smelled like urine, were covered in hair, found a glass shard once on them, no paper towels in bathroom, owners screaming baby was in a playpen next to the workout mats during several sessions. Also their idea of training is to get up from the desk every ten minutes, walk by once or twice and yell 'Lets gooo!!' 'Dig deeepp!'. Terrible Crossfit Gym.
