Kevin is a computer technician with good understanding of the computer inner workings. On the occasions he has worked on my computer, I was satisfied with it when I got it back.

What an absolutely horrific experience. That's putting it kindly. I 100% regret trying to save my money by bringing my computer to Kevin. Lets start from the beginning, I spent over half an hour the morning I originally called him, explaining an issue I was having with my laptop. We agreed that I would bring my computer to him and he would take a look and see what needed to be done to have it fixed. Long story short, I brought my computer to his basement based home office where he quoted me a price that we agreed on, and a time frame of a week. I advised him to call me when the work was complete, and I would come pick up my computer. When a week came and went I called to see what the hold up was, and he said he was very busy and that's what was taking so long. Several more days passed, and when I would try and call he would continue to say he was busy and would need to call me back. After about 3 weeks of getting the run around he tried putting the blame on me saying that he needed my assistance in removing selected programs from my computer, and that I was at fault for not coming sooner. I was never made aware of this prior. I promptly came to assist in advising which programs could be removed, and after all was said and done he raised the price from what we originally agreed on before handing back my computer. We argued for several minutes that that was not what we originally agreed upon, and all he could do was continuously say he would NEVER quote me the original price. Infuriated I paid him, and took my computer. Aside from all this, just like the other negative review stated, Kevin will put programs on your computer without advising you, and once you get your computer back you will notice new things on there that you have no idea what they do or what purpose they serve. I am taking my computer to have it wiped and all my passwords changed. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Kevin Kellog has been keeping my computer humming and up to date since 2003. His expertise has been invaluable as I have moved through the generations of updates and new software. He's saved me in a couple of crash situations and been very patient with my learning curve. Kevin is responsive and trustworthy and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

I came across Kevin’s name from a friend and being that I’m in real estate, I MUST HAVE A COMPUTER! I had a 2yr old laptop and after numerous times of seeing that “Blue” screen, I contacted my computer company and they told me that I needed a new computer. I was on the verge of taking a baseball bat to my laptop, but I thought of my friend who gave me Kevin’s number, so I contacted Microtech Solutions and thought to myself, what do I have to lose? After speaking with him, he said to drop it off. I went by and within 20mins, Kevin had my computer up and running, without any problems, plus, all my emails and saved programs! Including getting my laptop back-up-and-running, he installed numerous Anti-Spyware programs and a sweet Maintenance Program that repairs any issues I might have, that’s automatic! What more could you ask for? Plus, the fees he charges is way less than those you all know about. Kevin, has been available to me 7days a week and most times, late in the evening, he also can tap into my system while I’m at home and help me with things that I have questions about. I have referred many friends and co-workers to Kevin and I have yet to hear anything negative about him, I only hear, “Thank you for giving me his name, he saved me hundreds of dollars!”

Kevin is professional and knows what he’s doing; I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

I would not even have a computer without Microtech Solution Inc's expertise at affordable rates. Being that I am on a fixed income, with a very old system, I find their skills above the rest at a price that I can afford! They keep my system going, at the lowest prices I have ever seen, and I am most grateful.

I have been with Kevin for several years now. I have recommended him to friends and family and they were satisfied as well. Sometimes Kevin may be a little busy and has to get back to you but that's understandable if he is providing the same high level service to others in the Atlanta area that he has done for me. I would not take my computers to anyone else; for any reason at all. Kevin is knowledgeable far beyond my comprehension and only served to alleviate some of my issues, fix those worth fixing and overall just been a swell person to call on in my time of computer expertise need.

I recieved much appreiciated insight into the way my computer acts when infected with Spy-ware and mal-ware and virus's. Kevin cleaned up all of my existing problems and set me up with awesome software like Tune-Up Utilities and Spy bot search and destroy to help me maintain my computers health. To this day I take what Kevin has taught me and have been able to maintain other computers that I work on everyday. I now live 800 miles away and am unable to have Kevin physically come help me in person. He actually connects to my computer(s) via the internet and is able to fix something that I cant figure out. NOT ONLY does he help me but he shows me how its done so I can help myself in the future.



Kevin is a very good man, very easy on my wallet, and has the insight that BIG BOX STORES DON'T.

I came across an ad for Microtech Solutions after being "taken" by large box stores that provide in house computer repairs. I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended and installed anti virus and malware protection in addition to repairing my computer. I have not had a problem with either since the programs were installed and neither slows down my computer like the previous anti-virus did. I have since purchased three other computers for my children and business and have taken them to Microtech Solutions so that Kevin could set them up before I took them home. I have and will continue to recommend Microtech to anyone. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable!

I have wasted my time and money on many of the "Geeks" around town and i have ended up pulling hair out as a result of their lack of expertise. i found what i was looking for and have been back with my computer, my moms, sisters and i have recommended Kevin's services many times!

I told him exactly what I needed to have done, but he never did any of it! He explained I needed new spyware. He put several programs and pictures on my computer and never fixed the problem, only masked it with free and pirated software. I kindly paid him, but it was worth it just to get him out of my office. I then took my computer to a technician at a local store who investigated it, repaired it and recommend that I wipe out all of the programs he had downloaded and change my passwords. The problems are now gone and believe it or not, they didn't even charge me! I would not recommend Micro Tech!
