This ASP company is completely unprofessional. The after school care my child received last year was below par and there were constant issues. Furthermore, they do not actually do the music, dance and other activities listed in the YP description. We've moved, thank goodness, but when I requested the tax form to input totals into my tax return, what I got was the most unprofessional printout. Full address was missing, the tax ID number wasn't identified, and it states in red "please be advised you will need to add your payments to get your tax total". Seriously? I've never had to do that....these always come totaled already. I called their home office to verify the tax ID number and mentioned having to add the paymentsand the woman's response was "Awwww, you had to add it yourself? you poor thing!" Then she went on to tell me she was glad my child wasn't in their program anymore. Are you KIDDING ME? If you have the option to use any other after school care, do it. These people do not care about your kids nor are they in any way professional
