Forsyth Exterminating

I called another local pest control company to come out to my home because I thought I had termites, and they told me that they were termites and gave me a estimate to treat for the termites and were pushy to have me to sign a contract to have my home treated.. I called Forsyth Exterminating to come give me a second estimate. Mario and William done their initial inspection only to find out that they found only ANTS, not termites. They also found a opening that was chewed by some type of rodent in my facia board, and they inspected the attic and found some bats and some rodent droppings.. This was a true blessing that I called Forsyth Exterminating because otherwise this would of been overlooked. They called their wildlife manager, Raymond to come do a through inspection and gave me a great price to seal my home and to remove the bats and sanitize and deodorize. Mario or William never were pushy to have any contracts signed and I knew I found a pest control company that I could trust!!!

I paid over eight thousand dollars for a disaster. A mess involving being lied to by the owner Mario, who is part of the business by marriage and has no values at all that the original company once stood for. The owner quoted me the work and told me how dangerous the raccoon feces in my attic was, then son-in-law Mario comes in with a crew from the side of the road somewhere who are NOT employees and they dropped the insulation, feces and all, into the first floor of my house. They left nothing but a mess, even leaving their gloves, respirators, and garbage all over my house, garage, and lawn. Their work is shoddy and I am still cleaning their mess a month later. I have photos of the mess they left behind and a detailed account of being lied to and ripped off by this company and will share it with anyone who asks at [email protected]. Mario will lie to you about everything, then lie to his family back in the office about what he is really doing. Expect the customer to take second place here since the offending rip off artist is hubby and son-in-law to the other owners. This is the biggest purchase regret fiasco I have ever had in my life. I am left off worse than I started and now have 8 large less in my bank account.

This company has been around for over 30 years, and they are very honest and reliable. They take care of my lawn maintenance, they got rid of squirrels in my attic, treated my house for termites and do my pest and mosquito control. Talk about a one-stop shop! They are amazing and have taken care of my house for over 10 years now. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest control or wildlife control issue!

I called Forsyth Exterminating one evening after my family witnessed a wild rabbit get partially run-over by a car in our neighborhood. It was very traumatic for our young children to witness and we felt we had to do something to help the poor bunny. It was after 7pm and none of the animal rescue companies in the phonebook were available to take our call or send anyone to help. We were determned to not give up on thie rabbit.



Miraculously, an F.E. employee agreed to leave his home to come rescue the animal from certain death. He even followed-up with a phone call to ease our concerns about the rabbit and let us know what actions he would take to ensure it was in good hands. We shared his update with our kids and all felt better about the situation. There are some good people out there & F.E. is one of them!

I have used Forsyth Exterminating for over 15 years. They are dependable, and they always do what they promise. I wouldn't use any else and would recommend them to anyone.

This company has excellent customer service! I called with a problem and they took care of it that same day! Not to mention the employees are very curteous and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.
