Thought we'd give the small local business a try - bad call. Got ripped off.



My wife went in to get a replacement hard drive for a laptop. Not being 'tech savy' she counted on the service person to be helpful and honest... what she got was a discontinued small used HD at twice the price of brand new one that is 3 times as large.



We tried to return it and were unsuccessful. They refused saying there was nothing with what they sold us. Basically, it's buyer beware at this place.
