Campbell’s Tempracure

I purchased a new furnace. I appreciated the explanation and recommendations from Mike. The excellent price made me select them. The installer was on time and everything went smoothly. A rattle in the baffle was fixed the next day in a follow-up visit. I'm very happy with this furnace. It is much quieter than previous one. I can recommend you call Mike for your new furnace.

I bought a new Lennox furnace ,airconditioner from Campells Tempracures of Crystal Lake. Was very satisfied with the price and all the rebates. They took care of everything for us. Their work was excellent, very good people to deal with

Need 2 new furnaces to purchase and install. Came to house and sized furnaces to sq.ft. of home. Bid was most detailed of all the bids. Did not worry about hidden costs that I found on other bids. He was competitive and went with him based on my trust I had established in a short time. Installed two 98% Lennox Furnaces with Humidity controls. Install was professional and his crew was on time and curtious. Furnace is quite and house is warm. Looking forward to lower energy bills. Lennox and Cambells are two companies a have not second guessed myself on.

I called on a Sunday, Mr. Campbell was here within an hour, and diagnosed the problem with my 28 year old furnace, and explained my options. A new furnace was ordered and installation went as scheduled, the old furnace was removed and disposed of. The work area was neat and clean during the entire project. Both Mike and the installer Jeff were professional and take great pride in their work.

I recently purchased a new lennox furnance SLP98V and icomfort thermostat. The whole experience was very positive and everything is working great. I would highly reccommend this system to anyone looking for a new furnance. Everyone at Campbells was great!!!

The blower motor on our furnace died in mid summer in 90 degree weather. We decided to replace our furnance and AC with energy efficient models. We received multiple quotes and Tempracure was the most cost effective and seemed to be the most professional and thourough compared to the others. Once we made our decision to use Temracure they had both systems installed the next day!. The installation crew was on time, very polite, and highly skilled. They went out of their way to keep our house cllean. We highly recommend Tempracure.

I needed 2 heating systems with full wide filter plus 2 Air conditioners and coils installed. Installers showed up on time and completed install in one day. The installers were helpful and very professional and did a couple of things not in the contract. Air conditioners system is working fine in the excessive heat. I have received all the rebates as the quote said. Cambell’s gives a Viet vet discount and paid for a 10 year parts care limited warranty. I have not used the heating system as of yet.

Campbells gave me a very good price (about $500) less than another company who supposedly has a low price guarantee. The installation was on time and Mr. Campbell (who is a perfectionist) and his installers gave us a great installation that looks and functions great. They went and did the extras (removing old fiber board and rebuilding a new coil box). Much appreciated!!

Called Mike to come check out my furnace after I woke up to a cold house and realized the heat was not on. Mike Answered the phone, and was at my house promptly that morning. After a quick look he immediately diagnosed the issue, which was a limit switch that he had in the truck and was able to get my heat up and running. Will definitely call back for any issues and would recommend to anyone!!

I am very unhappy with this service and they do not offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything they do. I have been trying to get satisfaction regarding the outrageous costs that they charged me without any success. Don't believe the description above that says "NO OVERTIME CHARGES" - because they tack on ridiculous costs to the bill in other areas and tell you what a big deal it is to come out on a Saturday, even if they are late and are only there 10 or 15 minutes. They do not show up on time - so plan on spending hours waiting for them, and calling them to see when they will arrive. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING IF YOU USE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I AM!
