AT&T

I called to ask a simple question about my wireless service. The person (male) that answered the phone was so rude. Before I could even tell him what I was calling for, he said that they were too busy to answer any phone calls? I said OK???? He didn't offer to put me on hold or anything! He then hung up like I was no one!! I called back a few minutes later to ask for the manager. The same man answered the phone and said "you again" and hung-up?

I've been a customer of att for probably 20 years and have never been treated that way!! I'm planning on switching all my att services ( wireless, Internet, home phone and tv) to a Company the respects their customers!!
