Harvey Wayne Fencing

He recently (May 2013) put up a section of fence for a family member of mine. He had to be called back because he didn't completely screw/bolt in all of the required hardware. When contacted he admitted to shorting us and said he would come back to fix it. He left cigarette butts all over the yard where he worked and a large amount of dried concrete in a pile in the front yard from mixing footings for the fence posts. The section of fence he replaced sits up 4-5 inches above the matching fence and gate to the front yard. The completed work is average at best, but that is only after he returned to fix the incomplete hardware and fix a few uneven gaps between fencing that were pointed out to him. His work is decent when supervised, but he seemed to try to take advantage of a woman who didn't know what to ask for.

Wayne did a great job on my fence and came back and made a gate adjustment . He is quick and efficent and didn't leave a mess.
