Bonefish Grill

My kids and I were very disappointed with our dinner there...the plates were piping hot and the server didnt even warn us...she hardly explained the food, we waited for a very long time and the manager was too spastic to even stop by and apologize. If that wasn't enough, our food was awful. Plus the service was terrible including the very rude hostess who was quite large and kept knocking into our booth and when we turned to look, she gave us nasty looks. We wil never return back to Bonefish ever again...we heard so much better things but were very dissappointed.

The food was excellent but we were there on a sat night and it was very busy. I understand it can get stressful for staff but we found it extremely unprofessional how the staff acted and also treated us. We had a server who seemed to be rushing to get us out of there and we could hear the staff yelling and being very mean towards each other from our booth in the dining area. We even saw one of the managers yell at one of the servers in plain sight also in the dining area. Although the food was excellent, we were appalled by the way the staff acted towards each other and by themselves.
