After bringing my vehicle there for service for 10 years, this was my last visit. The lack of integrity and unprofessionalism in the service manager is unreal. She would not accept a coupon sent from their service department because I didn't inform them i had a coupon before the service was done. Quoted me one price, and then billed me for $100 more! $40 in labor for an oil change?!?! Bring back Mr. Brim and the rest of the wonderful service team that was there before! This is a small town, rudeness and outrageous prices will put you out of business quickly!

While the sales persons and the finance people are nice and accomodating and easy to work with the service writers are beyond rude. Bought a used car, had it less than a month, check engine light keeps coming on, took to have it looked at service writers acted as if I was taking up their time. The owner called and stated that they would not be willing to cover the work despite the fact I had a 30 day power train warrenty and had the car less then a month and dealt with her EXTREMELY rude unhelpful services managers. It will be difficult to last in a small town with such poor customer service...Boyd Automotive is Oxford provides MUCH BETTER and more helpful service writers, managers, and the owner is always willing to ensure his customers are happy. My advice only buy from them if you're willing to put up with the bad attitudes in the service area. So disappointed given my sales rep was awesome. :(
