Worst purchasing experience of my life! I cannot even begin to tell you the problems I've had with these people...and it all started with my paperwork which conveniently was changed while I was attending to my screaming child and I rushed to sign the paperwork...that mistake cost me thousands...i had a $2000 trade in and the original list price 6000...my paperwork said i owed 8500 when it shouldve been more like $4,000. Their excuse...well we had to fix some things so we raised the price...well I wasn't aware of that or else I would have never bought it...my bad for not reading the paperwork correctly but they clearly did not tell me to my face and took advantage of a situation I was having with my child. And that's just the beginning...next a cpl weeks after buying the vehicle it breaks down..well I was "supposed" to have a warranty and i called the company i was to have the warranty with...wouldn't you know they never had a warranty for me..j & j said it's free it comes with it...my paperwork said differently $300 for something I never had...This vehicle has broken down on me 3 times so far...and there is about $2,000 worth of crap left to fix and I still owe money on the piece of crap...they make them look nice (as in duck taping the rust and painting over it so you can't see it) They fix it enough to get it off the lot and then it's your problem..I have not heard one good thing from anyone who has bought a vehicle from here...2 people I work with bought from here and one of them had their transmission go out the same week!The other person is having multiple problems as well..Do yourself a favor and run run run from this place...If you don't you will regret it like everyone else who has bought here...They are dishonest crooks and really should be shut down! Shame on them for taking advantage of people who obviously can't afford to go to an expensive dealership...York Chrysler has been there to clean up the mess they left me with and I will be going there for my next vehicle!

this place is a joke they claim to back up all there vehicles but they dont and refuse to do anything to make things right they just tell you its no longer there problem we have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the vehicle we bought from them and it is still not fixed we were very lucky that the vehicle didnt kill us or someone else with all the issues it had it was in a shop the day after we bought it
