Just get Your meat de boned then process at home! IE Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan. Sticks/jerky not very good and over priced. Can take to local processor at home for 1/4 the price & it's your own meat!

We have used these guys for a least 3 years running to process the hog we have raised. Hands down the BEST bacon I have ever tasted. Fantastic sausage. We have had good service and have never felt shorted on the meat. They will save anything you ask for.

They will short you on your meat, I received only 4 small packages of tenderloin from a large bull I brought to them, very expensive also, my total pounds was 116 lbs from a very nice sized bull, I can usually get close to 70 on a nice whitetail

While my hunting in Colorado, my husband shot his deer right at dusk and was hours away from getting into town to have it processed. When I called Brothers from California and gave them a brief rundown of what had happened, the woman I spoke with was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful, and offered to stay open until he was able to arrive ... Three hours after their stated closing time. You just don't come across that kind of customer service anymore, but we couldn't be more grateful.

Stay away....far away from this place. They overcharge for shipping, In my opinion they shorted me meat and added

fat to to my chopped meat. In my opinion go with someone...anyone else.
