Rothert's Hospital Equipment

This company is horrible! What kind of oxygen supplier only delivers every 90 days and then allot only 15 tanks???? If you have oxygen needs, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!! Do not get locked into this company if you have Medicare, please, go elsewhere!

Poor customer service on the phone. Was told that my equipment would be ready by today, and they haven't even started on it. Their excuse was that insurance has not authorized my equipment yet. I called the insurance company, and they stated that Rothert's had not even submitted the form to them yet, but to expedite the process they could call the provider number and they would take care of it. I called Rotherts back, and she was not interested in calling the insurance company to get it taken care of. She said I needed to wait until next Wednesday and call again to see if anything has been done. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me she was the highest ranking person there. When I told her I would be reviewing my experience with Rotherts, she said she didn't really care. I stated that I felt I was getting the runaround, and the woman on the phone wasn't listening to what I was trying to explain. I also stated that without this equipment I could have a stroke or heart attack per my doctor, and I just wanted straight answers. The woman from Rotherts hung up on me at that point. This was the Covington location that I spoke with. i called my doctor and he referred me to a supplier with better customer service
