Hope people do your homework with this guy. He does terrible work and doesn't back his word. Had a one year warranty and being a new house you wouldn't think there would be so many problems but think again and so much for the warranty because it is like pulling teeth trying to get Tim and his guys to do something right. Not to mention it has grass and one tree in the front yard which was dead and dirt everywhere else. Stop now before getting into a headache.
