Services rendered by Hoy-Kilnoski for my nephew were exceptional. Far above the crowd of other Omaha and Council Bluffs businesses of their nature. From professional staff, greeting visitors at the door, making certain there were always boxes of tissues strategically placed throughout the facility, perfectly clean and fresh bathrooms, providing an abundance of water and coffee, onsite luncheon room, fresh and well decorated surroundings. Hoy-Kilnoski hit the mark in their efforts to structure their full service facility/business to meet the needs of grieving families. I like that Hoy-Kilnoski is family owned and operated. My father's recent passing was handled by Michael Hoy in a warm, caring and professional manner. It was reassuring to know my father's cremation would take place right there. We were asked what we wanted for the service and Michael made everything happen in a way that was far beyond anything we could have imagined. His experience in his field showed in the littlest details. He never pressured us in any way. The funeral home is new and perfectly planned. We especially appreciated having the community room to have our post service gathering for food. Everything was taken care of by the funeral home "family". It was nice to be treated so specially. My young cousin passed and his funeral was handled here. It was beautiful. The out lay of the building you could tell there was a lot of thought put into this. The big screen tv's were easy to see you could hear what was being said and when it came time to have a bite to eat well the wall was pushed back and the tables were big enough and this made all things very easy at this diffcult time. Too the several sofa and chairs along with fireplaces made the many people that came comfortable. This is the best I've seen so far!
