Blankstyle is the Simple Jack of Printers.

First off - I'm not one of those guys who will haul off and give a one star review because of one little mishap.

There is literally not a single thing these guys did right the entire time. I had to go though countless revisions just to begin with, I'd submit my comments of what was wrong and they reply with the changes, except there'd be no changes - same as before, rinse and repeat the retarded process. Here are the big issues.

1. they charged my card for more than the full order quoted and without me giving the go-ahead.
2. they printed the WRONG version (one they just made up which I can't understand) of my logo and shipped them to me without my go-ahead and without notifying me.
3. they included items in my order I didn't want, and the styles of shirts were not even the ones I had settled on.
4. to fix the problem they offered to reprint on new shirts at no cost. When they arrived, the colors were different and the logo placements are off-center and crooked.

I think the word is befuddled!

I own an apparel company with two of my friends, and BlankStyle is where we ordered our shirts wholesale so we could print on them and resell them. At first, we were very excited to have found shirts that we really liked, and they were affordable. When I ordered them over the phone, they sent me an e-mail a day later stating that they didn't have certain sizes and colors in stock. That was the first nightmare we had with them. After a half-hour on the phone, I had to reorder our shirts and do different sizes and colors--thus, we did not get what we wanted. That was false advertising to say that you have certain colors and sizes in stock and then tell me a day later that you don't have what you claimed. We had ordered 120 shirts, and when they FINALLY came in the mail, they were junior sizes. Absolutely tiny! We became frantic trying to figure out what we were going to do about our photo shoot that was scheduled the next week. After phone call after phone call, we initiated our refund, but still had to start a new order without being reimbursed from the first order. We ordered a different brand, a unisex, thinking that would solve the sizing problem. I asked to make sure that these were nice shirts and that they would fit well, and I was told they'd be great and so on. When we finally got those, just a couple of days before our photo shoot, they were like tents and were primary colors. They weren't even the same colors that were shown on their website. Oh! Not to mention, with that order, we had to rearrange sizes and colors AGAIN because they were out of stock. I had to cancel my photo shoot, move our launch party back a week, and deal with disappointed models. It was a mess, and still is. It had been a week, and we STILL hadn't heard ANYTHING about our refund. I had to actually call them and see what was going on. Finally, they e-mailed us our RA with instructions on what to do--it was a week later! They would NOT pay shipping, which was $75 out of our pockets, and they were going to charge us 25% restocking fee, which I refuse to pay. And, we have to do the same thing all over again because of our second order that was messed up. We will never use them again. We switched to American Apparel and love them.
