Transportation available. SKILLED CARE: sub-acute, wound care, ostomy care, bariatric, medically complex, respiratory/tracheostomy, IV therapy, pain management.

Fieldhome is a 100-acre wooded campus located in northern Westchester, NY, on the border of Yorktown and Cortlandt Manor.
