Clean Cut Tree Care is a top notch business! They have a skillset that is paramount to any other I have seen. The dangerous job they performed was tackled with ease and confidence. CCTC demonstrated a srong work ethic that was driven and focused as well as being corteous, polite, and friendly. I was always comfortable that my home and property were safe in their capable hands. I never felt that I wasn't going to get services I paid for with my hard earned money. The work was accomplished promptly and productively, to which, I felt was worth anything they asked to be paid. Furthermore, I felt that the estimate for services was reasonable and fair for maintaining my tree care needs as well as trimming my bushes. Upon leaving, CCTC made certain that any mess that was made, was cleaned up so I was not to be bothered with such tasks. The team was professional, expedient, and knowledgeable proving their excellence. In the future i will call them again and recommend them to others as the leading specialist and tree authority in the area.

Not so Clean Cut after all!! You will hear excuse after excuse as to why they can't arrive whey you were scheduled; even when the work is already paid for... then if you have property damage and insurance is involved and how (sometimes) the difficulty in getting insurance issues resolved. They become passive aggressive with their approach. All nicey nice when they think they're getting paid, and then when they find out they're not they become rude and difficult to deal with... and make demands



and don't even think about writing a check... they only accept corporate checks. Makes me nervous that a "clean" business would only take cash... seems not so clean cut !
