I arrived with cleaning five minutes before closing time and found the door already locked. The male attendant inside stated we're closed. I pointed to my watch as it wasn't anywhere near ten o'clock yet, he again stated we're closed. I then pointed at the times posted on the window "closing time 10:00pm", he again stated we're closed. Dry Cleaning service is generally good, but customer service is awful !
No issues with my comforters or my clothes! My comforter came back cleaned and looking brand new. Thank you!

Worst service ever! Laundry mat attendant was very rude and disrespectful. She has to go, I'm sorry but she was not nice. The restroom was locked and we asked for the key and she said it was lost. Bad service over all! No stars from me.
Not only do they not make restitution on damaged items, they don't even have the courtesy or business ethics to call you when they say the owner will. Then when you call, it's just an outtoing message with no way to leave a message or reach a human. Worst Dry Cleaners experience I've had anywhere in my 54 years of living--in Corpus and other US cities!
The post before was true about A's cleaners they are thieves and will not pay for damages they cause. So if you have anything of value find another cleaners and if they lose your clothes just check the employee bags because they and the Arnold's will have your items!!!

DO NOT use this trashy, low class, unprofessional so-called service provider!! They will RUIN your clothes!! The manager Ray Arnold is very arrogant and does not care about his customer's clothing. Customer service is downright rude!! I took in a couple of new shirts and when I received them back two of them had a blue staining all over the shirts – front and back. When I showed the manager he said the staining was from the shirts themselves however neither shirt was blue. You can disregard that review from 2012 below. It was most likely written by an employee. The management team and owner are the complete opposite of "exceptionally nice", and Ray Arnold does not care about his customers. If he did, he would have taken care of the two shirts that were ruined by his staff.
I dropped off two comforters for dry cleaning. I went back and only one remained. They say they aren't "responsible for items left longer than 30 days but when I went by, they were always closed. I live pretty far away and it's hard to get there. I don't understand why they never called to say the items were ready for pick up or why only one of them is there. Do not lose your receipt! Even though they can pull the 8th m ticket up on their computer, they say no receipt=no claim! Just do yourself a favor, avoid the thievery and apathy...go somewhere else.
Nice people at the counter.Great quality service and cleaning. Regularly have my suits and shirts cleaned and pressed here and almost always it comes out nice. Once I had to have my shirts repressed and they did without charging me the second time. Other than that never had a problem with them.
