I am extremely disheartened to have experienced the same treatment as numerous other individuals from the proprietor of this resale establishment. I luckily have resources available to me that most do not to help remedy my situation. If I had read the reviews beforehand; I maybe would have chosen to go elsewhere but the convenience of just running in and not deal with parking at the mall after a long day at work was the only attraction. This is a female who takes satisfaction in body shaming individuals (mind you that she has a weight loss business — her poor clients). I struggle to understand the pettiness of her actions. I can only assume that she struggles with a chemical imbalance that she cannot control and that maybe prayers and intervention from her family members are desperately needed. Although I do have pity for her; I do highly recommend that anyone else who experienced the same to report her to the Better Business Bureau and to take high precautions when having any interactions with her.
