Due to the Covid-19
Due to The Covid-19 Pandemic We Are Closed by Executive Order. Phase 2 of NC reopening begins Friday, May 22nd at 5 pm. Untangled Salon will reopen Saturday morning, May 23rd, we will contact you to reschedule your appointments. If you haven´t heard from us by end of day, Monday, the 25th, please don´t panic, WE WILL CONTACT YOU. You can also click on the link above and request the date and time that works for you so we have some type of guideline to work from. As we reopen there will be additional safety guidelines in place to protect our clients and your families, our employees, and our community. 1. Each Untangled Salon team member will wear a mask; we ask that you do as well. 2. Each team member will have their temperature taken on a daily basis before their shift with a no touch thermometer. 3. Payment and scheduling will be conducted with as little contact as possible. 4. Hand sanitizer will be at every station guests & team members use. 5. Untangled Salon will be charging a $5 PPE service fee per client per visit. Stay tuned and Please STAY SAFE!

Overall

great styling but foul mouths!

I really love the way Lori cuts my hair- BUT I hate having to endure her loud, unprofessional foul mouth- last time she was bantering back and forth with one of her employees as if they were lovers- YUK! Come on Lori- clean up your act! She has a problem with focusing on one customer at a time- she spent most of MY visit worrying over another unhappy customer.. kept walking away in the middle of cutting my hair- I'm sorry- it made me feel less than important...

If I could find a better salon, I'm out of there!

Wow. That's amazing. I realize its been a while, but we just saw this review. I can't apoligize enough and I can assure you this is not the case at Untangled Salon.
