Walsons & Co.

My fiance and I found a ring a Walsons and were told by Kairm, the manager, that if we purchased with them and were not happy with the product or had a change of mind, we could get a full refund. I ordered a ring they had in the store and was on their website and was told it would be a "custom order" to "save me money". Before the ring was ever even in their possession, I informed them that we had changed our mind. Karim then was adamant that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee due to it being a "custom order" on an item that they never even got in the first place and forced me to sign a document stating that I wouldn't sue or he wouldn't return Any of my money. Mind you this is still for something I never even took possession of as they never had it themselves.

Great customer service, makes me feel part of the family! Beautiful pieces for every budget. Unique jewelry that will not be found in other stores.
