Very nice and friendly people to deal with. Have a great selection of equipment. Have yet to have an issue with any aspect of their service.

We have had bad experiences with this very unprofessional dealer. Don't believe the mechanics are certified to work on these tractors.

IF you want good service go to Knoxville, Rose Hill, or Lexington Kubota, these guys don't respect equipment nor care about how they treat other peoples expensive tractors.

NEVER go to this Kubota for service of tractor or backhoe! Left it for 2 weeks and returned to find it still had same problem, left hydraulic cylinder or left stabilizer would leaked off, so left it to be fixed, called said done, but arrived to find left side same "it was my fault!" WELL partly right because I TOOK IT THERE, so my fault and it will never happen again. NEVER HEARD A WORD back from JAMES or management, so guess our business was not important. THEY did not start tractor to see if it was fixed? BAD bunch!

Drive the extra miles to purchase or if needing service! VERY unskilled mechanics do more damage than repair. HORRIBLE service and management, give business to people that deserve your money!

WORST experience I have ever had with service! LEFT tractor for 2 weeks for 2 hydraulic cylinders to be fixed on backhoe. WELL, arrived at Siler's first noticed boom cylinder EAT UP with blemishes (hundreds) like it had been beat to death, and left stabilizer still leaked and wasn't fixed but I already had paid, treated my equipment like a JOKE and they did not seem to care that one of their mechanics treated a customers very expensive tractor like crap. Drive the extra miles to the KNOXVILLE KUBOTA!
