Dr. Kendall is my go to office for acne, to skin checks, rashes and some rejuvenation treatments they have available. Dr. Kendall and the PA are both gentle and very informative. Only thing that kind of bothers me is the parking in Coral Gables but that is more of a Gables issue.

SAD EXCUSE FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! After almost an hour wait, I saw the nurse for literally 5 minutes. She came in talking to another nurse saying she can't believe she left another patients room to come to mine. She came in saying she was going to give me shots as I continued to ask "what is that?" She just kept giving more medical terms saying it will clear my skin, as my "Nurse" I just listened. She didn't even give me the option just stuck the needle in me. Then Doctor Kendall came in, did not even introduce herself, I found out it was her because of her demanding demeanor. She looks at me and says "let me see how bad it is" referring to my issue area (that is not even bad. Just came to perfect my skin) Then the nurse writes 3 prescriptions and continues to walk out of the room without asking me ONE QUESTION about my body, what may cause my issue or anything doctors normally ask and just says I can go.



5 minutes after I leave this incredibly rude nurse calls me telling me I need to pay $100 for my "treatment". Extremely confused I asked them to clarify. She just said you need to pay for the shots, we just ran your insurance and its $100 if you don't pay we'll call collections to come after the bill. At this point I'm upset because they didn't even run my insurance before seeing the doctor to see if i would've liked the treatment or not because of the price! I ask to speak with the doctor but they refuse to put her on. I will be there Monday morning bright and early to settle this. There is no way I am getting ripped off by such an unprofessional, thief of a dermatologist office. My insurance also recommended to report them to the insurance bureau of Florida as well as the medical bureau. Will be doing that tomorrow morning as well.

La peor doctora que he tenido en mi vida. I received the worst medical treatment ever from this office. I will give a ) star if there was the option. I had a small burn on my face. The first day Dr. Kendall saw me for no more than 5 minutes. She diagnosed dermatitis, gave me steroids (2 a day) for my face and ordered biopsy for my burn and 3 irregular moles on my back. She also ordered an allergy test. She wanted to see me every week. After she saw me for those 5 minutes, she did not check on me or monitored me. I was treated by the Physical Assistants (PA) and staff. To make a long story short, no one check if my burn was increasing or decreasing, no one explained the cause of my burn. The allergy test indicated that I was allergic to some things. One month later, I found out the result of my biopsy. My burn increase its size 3 times. No one monitored its size. The kept telling me to put the cream. The last day I was there, I told the PA that I was getting worse not better. She said that it was genetic and there was nothing they could do. I demanded to see the doctor. They kept me waiting in the room for 45 minutes. The staff came back and did not know what I was doing there. I began to cry and said that there was no way they could treat patients like that. The doctor came 30 minutes later. She calmed me down, put a cream on my face, apologized and went outside to scold the PA. They PA came back and told me that there was a miscommunication, cleaned my burn and told me to continue with the treatment. The doctor did not give me any feedback and sent back the person who has no idea what she is doing or saying. I left that office swearing not to come back. I already went to another doctor who told me that I was misdiagnosed and the cream was responsible for increasing the size of my burn. I have never complained about a doctor before but I felt the need to protect other people from having this terrible and traumatic experience. I had been approached by a representative of the media who is carrying out an investigation. Please stay away from this office.

I believe that if all would get together something could be done about the mistreatment of this Doctor towards her patients and her past vast multiple ex employees, who seem to all have the same complaints and concerns. Besides her horrible bed side manners, her past employees are mistreated in such a way that I wonder how she is allowed to continue. She doesn't keep records of employees hours by not using a punch clock. This enables her able to make her employees work long hours without taking breaks. She constantly insults and allows her alcoholic boyfriend to mistreat and insult as well. First of all, OSHA and HIPPA documents are not presented at the time of hiring. Other than the application nothing else is signed. No IRS tax forms, no consent forms and no background checks are required nor expected of employees. "Training" employees are expected to handle and fill up the injection needles with Lidocaine without having any sort of certificate or previous experience and is expected upon the first day of work. They are also expected to bandage up patients without having experience or knowledge or certificate in medical field. She expects employees to falsely sign her name on documents requiring her signature.

The list continues but my concern and goal is make this public and cease this type of unethical work treatment and behavior. Where does one start this process????

If I could only start by describing the type of person this "doctor" is it will take forever. I just quitted the job on the second day because she had the nerve to call me and the other employees " HALF BRAIN, IDIOTS, STUPID, IMBECILS, INEPTOS ( This is my favorite word)" For every mistake I made she sent one person in charge of training me home. Yesterday she sent one, today she sent 3, and for mistakes, only for what she thought was a mistake, like answering the phone instead of finding charts, or not doing what she wants you to do at the time she wants you to. Also, And lets talk about her contradicting her own orders, ohhh but yes!! those are everyones mistakes, not hers.. What type of environment is she trying to create, and she has the nerve to grab my hand and tell me that the rest of the employees are going to pretend to be my friends but they are really not? Putting everyone against every one! great way to build a team This is the treatment employees receive daily and that is the reason I left. She is such an unprofessional person, she has no idea I worked for attorneys and I am thinking about suing her for the treatment given to employees as well as patients. She screams to her staff in front of every one. Patients constantly leave because the minimum waiting time to see a doctor is 2 hours and because she screams so loud and is so offensive to her staff, that people feel insulted by her attitude. This woman should be at a asylum because obviously she is not right in her head and the one that really has half of a brain working "normally" is her. I wish her office could be closed down and her employees compensated for such an abusive behavior. I hope she reads this, I know she will remember me because of out of everyone being afraid of loosing their jobs, they take up with her attitude, but before I left I made it very clear to her what I though about her, the treatment to the employees, the disorganization that is all her fault and blamed on the staff. Please Dr. Kendall go see a psychiatrist, you need anger management therapy, plus you must as well be bipolar and God knows what else is wrong with you!. Great work! and good luck with whats coming because your firm wont last. Just look at the reviews and I will make sure it is on every page so no one has to go through the same experience I went through!

I would choose ZERO STARS if I could.. Worst dermatologist I have ever visited! Service at the front desk was horrible, they kept gossiping and ignored me while I waited to ask a question, the assistant that helped me 3 hours after my appointment hour had no clue what she was talking about, Maria Elena just appeared 3 minutes to put some marks on my face and left; no recommendation, nothing! The assistant decided to have some of my moles removed for checkup, I called for my results and they could not find anyone with a bit of knowledge to give me proper results, one of the "highschool" helpers said I had a problem, then another said I was perfect, at no moment did the Doctor appear to actually give me the correct information even though I called various times asking for her and they just hung up on me "by mistake"; in other words, it was a waste of time, money (by the way: they charged some services on my insurance that they did not actually do), and frustration.
