Maxwell Moving

They showed up an hour late and were training a new employee on my time, expecting me to pay extra after I prepaid for 7 hours because they were moving slow due to the trainee. It was 230 and the lead mover said they would have been done loading the truck at 1230 if it weren't for the trainee

During the move, they scratched up the screen on our flat screen TV in multiple locations, pulled the thread on 2 brand new couch cushions, and put a small rip into my fiancees grandmother's arm chair.

I was told the owner would call me the next day to discuss the damages. This was after the lead mover took pictures of the damages and texted them to his wife (the secretary, Andrea) on the spot. It has been over a week with no call, despite my multiple follow-up attempts.

Stay away from these clowns!!! It is worth paying extra for quality work and for movers who treat your belongings like their own.

This was a great move. Everything went perfect. Movers very polite and professional. Move was done in about 5 hours much less time then we thought it would take. Office staff was very nice and helpful. they explained every on the phone and answered all my questions. No damage was done to our home or furniture. Movers were very careful with our belongings everything they put on the truck was padded and strapped down. Movers were able to get everything in the truck in one trip. Great move very happy and satisfied will use them again and give out family and friends the number to Maxwell Moving.

Moving with Maxwell Moving was a great move. The movers were on time. They were very efficent and professional, very helpful and did an overall exellent job of moving us. they were fast and got the move done in less time then we expected. it was a awesome move. Maxwell Moving is the best move that ive ever had in all my years of having movers. The entire staff was just wonderful. Movers were great, they did a perfect job in our move. They are very professional and efficient They moved our furniture with care and did extra things for us. They shrink wrapped items, padded furniture. Very polite movers, They were recommended to us and they were just great.
