The agents here have no customer service skills. They over talk you, telling you what they can't do, even before you finish speaking. I upgraded my phone, they did not have the color I wanted and tried to charge me a restocking fee to come and exchange my phone for the one I originally wanted. I protested of course and did not pay it but it was just the audacity and the arrogance of this person to ty to charge me because you didn't have the phone that I wanted in the first place. Then the phone they subsequently gave me has been giving me problems ever since. See the picture below. They also didn't give me the adapter initially and my headphones didn't work. I had to go through Apple to get those replaced but it was just the way they delivered the information. They really need some training. This is all within the 14 days that is allowed to return the phone. I was able to get them to reorder the phone (I went in once before and they didn't). It's been over a week now and I haven't heard from them. I have a feeling they're going to try to charge me restocking this time as well. I'm not going for it because if the phone worked, I wouldn't be replacing it.
Great service. My iphone 6S plus was totally smashed. I was skeptical when my friend recommended me to this place. But in about 30 mins my whole perception had changed. My phone looked brand new again. I am very thankful to them and will definitely recommend this place as they charged me a very reasonable price too.
