Kfc

The people at this KFC are unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited there Friday, February 2, 2018. My first problem, I pulled up to the drive thru window and a recording stated that they were closed and then someone comes on to take my order, but after I waited in line for 15 minutes I was told that my order was not placed. The drive thru attendant asked what I had ordered and I told her I had ordered an 8 piece grilled family meal. I was rudely advised that all they have is crispy chicken and that the grilled chicken oven was being cleaned. This is 9pm on a Friday night. This place closes at 11pm. They are umprofessional and rude. I will probably NEVER visit this KFC or any other one. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a business that it is acceptable for their employees to be rude and expect me to buy what they have vs what I asked for, and this person stated that they were the manager, when I asked for the manager. For the record I would never hire that young lady in a management position.
