Hardee's

I have recieved poor customer service each time I have visited this store .On each visit I order the ham biscuit for breakfast or the two hotdog special . the service is extremely slow it take ten minutes to recieve a ham biscuit when their is only one or two customer in line. On Saturday october 25 I stop in for two hotdogs is one other customer and myself and it took 22 minutes to recieve my order. I visited on November 8th and again order two hotdogs at the drive thru and it took18 minutes and thier were no customers inside waiting at the service counter . When I asked the manager on duty why does it take so long for only two hotdogs her response wasthat she was sorry it took so long. Mind you the food is excellent ,but the service need some great improve and the personal need more training in Quality Customer Service Skills
