Overall

For a mom and pop they are pretty rude. They got offended when I found 3 typos on a project that I paid for in advance and they are in the printing business. Who does that?

This company turned a joyful time into the most unpleasant moment. I went in on a Monday to order my son graduation party invitations. I was told that I would have the proofs by that Wednesday no later then Thursday morning, that did not happen. I called them Thursday evening looking for the proofs they told they would have the proof on Friday. Friday comes still no proofs. I go in on Saturday to check up no changes have been made still. I have to go back Monday morning and they tell me that they would have this over soon vie email. I then get a email with the wrong thing. The exact thing I had just told them I did not like. I go back in there around lunch the same day to let them know that it was wrong. They then tell me that the Owner has my order in his computer and that he would be in around 1:00. And once he gets in he will fix everything and get it right over to me. Now 4:30 pm came and still no proof. I called up there to speak with the guys that had my order. He was helping another customer. He gets on the phone just to tell me that he still needed to complete the changes. I explained to him that it has been a week now from the time I ordered my invitations. The Owner was really rude and was brushing me off. Telling me he needed to help his customer that came into the store. I paid them in full a week ago and now I am being treated like trash. Now my invitations are late going out. If I was you I would not use this print shop for anything that means something to you. I give them no stars. I don't give them no stars but this system make you give them one in order to post your review.

I had never met "white trash" until doing business with Copy Central and meeting the Bala family. If you need a quick do it yourself copy thats one thing, but do not trust their "design capabilities." Rude is an understatement, as a business person I deal with various personalities but the owner Dottie is just plain ignorant. Her husband Bob has some year round Santa Clause look going on that is in a word "scary." I have visited both Conyers and Atlanta locations and will not return to either. FedEx Office here I come!

The quality of the work was average. The staff was fairly rude, one of the employees was rather snobby towards the others, rolling eyes, lots of sass in her voice. It was overall not an enjoyable business experience. They need to work on their customer service.. Big time.

Proof you material carefully when you pick it up, because these people are nasty to deal with over the phone. I've been a returning customer for two years, the last two jobs had errors. They've lost my business.
