Family Practice
Dr. William H. Freeman is a Board Certified Family Physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He completed his undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1981. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at UAMS-AHEC Pine Bluff in 1984, where he remained on faculty for 12 years prior to moving to Conway. He served the Conway community from 1996 until his retirement in 2023. When he’s not traveling, and since his name is still on the door, he may still be seen roaming the halls of Freeman Family Medicine.
Electrocardiogram
We offer a wide array of services to limit the number of places you have to go to for medical care. Our in-house services include labs, electrocardiograms, Holter monitors, sleep studies, and more. We see patients for everything from acute visits to management of chronic diseases and everything in between, including wellness exams and school physicals.
Immunizations
We carry all of the pediatric and adult immunizations that are recommended by the CDC to keep you up-to-date. We also now offer D.O.T. physicals to both established and non-established patients.

The majority of Western diseases are thought to be a result of our diet. These diseases include coronary artery disease (heart disease, heart attacks), hypertension (high blood pressure), cerebrovascular disease (stroke), diabetes (high blood sugar), obesity, osteoporosis (fragile bones), dementia (memory loss), and many cancers, such as breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer.

Allergies
If you have allergies, your physician or nurse practitioner can arrange allergy testing with our on-site Clinical Allergy Specialist, Casey Oberg. Allergy testing determines exactly what you are allergic to. The method we use is a skin test and is preformed by gently scratching or pricking the skin with a tiny comb. There are no needles involved, and the test is done one your arms so you can see your results.
