Started in 1916, Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) is a wholesale distributor of dairy products and services. Based in Constantine, Mich., the firm offers its vast customer base an array of laboratory services that include raw bacteria counts, important limits, pre-incubated (PI) bacteria counts, somatic cell count, sediment test, freeze points, well water supply tests and many more. In addition, it provides a host of other services, such as drug residue testing, butterfat, protein, and other solids testing and bulk tank calibration. Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) offers a diverse range of products, including standardized milk, dried buttermilk, sweet cream butter, standardized cream, ice cream mixes, nonfat dry milk, dried whole milk, condensed skim milk and instant nonfat dry milk, to name a few.
