Service

We recently picked up our dry cleaning and two of our shirts had holes in th exact same spot on the elbow sleeve. The response was, "sorry when shirts get old they tend to tear when we clean them." These are high quality shirts from Nordstrom less than a year old. Not A sorry this happened- nothing. We will not be returning.
