        Overall

        We all know that in sales the sales agent will say whatever it takes to make the sale than you're on your own.

        NOT THIS TIME !!!!

        I HAVE a year old Polaris 4wheeler that is out of warranty for 3 months -

        Called Polaris they listened but were not very helpful so I contacted RIDE NOW keeping in mind I was pretty much going to handle the warranty costs myself.

        At 5:50pm Nicky from P/S called me & turned it all around.

        Got me transferred to Casey in service and started the repair process.

        Thanks to the unity at the dealership with Nicky, Stephen, Eric, Casey & Polaris my machine was repaired quickly & professionally at no cost to me.

        I would have to say my opening sentence is not the norm at POWER SPORTS.
