KWT International Inc.

This is a USPS Shipping partner. I ordered package online. It was sent first class mail on Nov. 11. The tracking shows this KWT picked up the package , pissed around with it for 7 days in Los Angeles. Didn't leave L.A. for 7 days! Still USPS waiting on item. Then they drove the package all the way to Kansas City, KS. Finally USPS got the package 1500 miles later. Then, the USPS process starts. The post office delivered it on the 11th day to me in Springfield MO.

What's this all about? Why are there Shipping partners who throw a wrench into the delivery? I sent the thing first class mail. Not KWT. They took the package and him-hawed around with it in L.A. and DROVE it to Kansas. What is so significant about the Kansas City Distribution Center, that someone would go that far when they could accomplish the same thing in Los Angeles. They have post offices there. I have been to one or two in my life. They took an already slow delivery process, and purposefully made it slower. I'm confused. And upset.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything coming from this company. Claimed no knowledge of seller when we called to say product was not what was featured and below even minimal standard. Claims all comes from China although he was clearly Oriental and knew exactly how to disclaim everything
