Katrina's Furniture

Katrina's Furniture has caused me a lot of problems not only with the furniture or lack of furniture/ parts received, condition of furniture, improper assembling furniture, improper placement of furniture; furthermore, through the means of lack of customer service , unprofessionalism, discrimination and being extremely disrespectful. That delivers were extremely negligent and aggressive with all of my furniture damaging a lot of it, some furniture/ furniture parts were missing- never retrieved. I purchased furniture that I did not pay for - it was not what was chosen. The delivers use discrimination against me and my family. I firmly believe that this was intentional damage due to my family and I staying out the way to allow them to deliver the furniture.These issues were never resolved or tried to be resolved by the owner. I am not pleased at all and quite frustrated
