        where's my rebate

        The smooth as silk shampoo is great. Purchased Sept 17, 2010. However, 4 1/2 mo. later, I am still waiting for my refund. ..today is 2-1-11. .I sent in my paper work with rebate form, to the Hollywood FL address as instructed. NOTHING ! .. I have written the FL & CA address of Giovanni Cosmetics numerous times regarding this. No response. I will try the Compton CA address and phone number, hopefully I will get somewhere....
