We have been here many times. The kids enjoy it mist of the time. The food is good most times. It's definitely not consistent. We were invited to a birthday part there and my girls ages 8 and 11 have a blast skating. There were not many people there so it wasn't to crowded and was just right. My 8 year old daughter is just the sweetest most sensitive little girl I know. Every parent says that lol i know. She decided to help a younger boy age 6 learn to skate. There were 2 teenage boys skating also n kept skating closely to the lil boy n swearing. My daughter told tjem while they were passing to b nice to him and the responded with f@$! You ya little b@$!# to an 8 year old girl and ran and told her sister because she was upset and while she was going they proceed to call her a wh@re and said go tell your mommy b@$!# this was completely uncalled for. They had to b atleast 15. Well another adult went and told the owners and she went out and spoke to them they yelled back st me that "she started it" yes my 8 year okd daughter "started it " and got called names she didn't know whay half them ment. And the owner came back and apologized and said it won't happen again. At this time my daughter was to scared to go back out and skate with the boys so we had to leave. The owner did say she could have them leave because it was rude and uncalled for. We said ok. But then they didn't leave and continued to skate then eat. So we left. I just seen a review posted on their Facebook page where they stated that the boys told them the 6 and 8 year old started it. Now I can honestly say my daughter doesn't swear by any means. I'm not saying she is an angel but she does not swear or disrespect others. She does try to stick up for someone if they are upset or being picked on. But regardless the owner never once said that they were told the little ones swore. Bit after the review from another adult on facebook they had every excuse to cover it up and blocked the customer.
