great place, a lot better clothes than thrift stores, probably weed out the stuff that wouldn't sell, good option for someone that doesn't want to go through a bunch of oversized jeans at the big thrift shops, not that theres anything bad with digging!

I'm a bit shocked by the other comment on this site. I have never had a bad selling experience with this store (even when they did not accept some of my things). They will donate items to charity that they cannot accept if you opt for them to or if you don't pick them up within a week or two but it is your responsibility to follow up if you drop stuff off. Thats fair in my book.

The store is huge and always stocked with stuff. They get items in every day of the week too and I like their staff. Its too bad more people haven't taken the time to leave feedback because I've only ever heard good things about this place and have been shopping here for over 10 years.

Avoid At All Cost

Please go to this site to see that the owner would not agree to a resolution to the problem: Better Business Bureau of Central Ohio.
I took a pair of FLORSHEIM boots ($150) and a pair of new bowliing shoes to the store. Neither had been worn. All I was given was a piece of note paper telling me how to access my account on line. I called later to see if the shoes were still there and to check my balance. THEY had been donated to charity. The reason: WE DO NOT SELL SIZE 7 shoes. COME ON NOW!!! The owner states that I signed and was given a GREEN slip of paper stating this would happen. ALL I RECEIVED was the note. On another date I took about 50 dry cleaned and pretty new items to the store and was told they were out dated. They kept 3 sweaters which sold.
I took the issue of the shoes/boots to the BBB and a resolution could not be reached. Now, I will spend $72 to go to small claims court or mediaton (free). It is the PRINCIPLE OF THE ISSUE now and not a money issue.
I have spent a lot of money in this place. I will never step foot inside again!
