        The Ohio Electric Utility Institute ( OEUI ) is a non-profit state trade association representing investor-owned electric companies in Ohio. "The Ohio Electric Utility Institute is an association of investor-owned utilities that assists its member companies in providing value to customers, employees and investors by: OEUI was named by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio as the contract administrator for Ohio Electric Choice consumer education campaign in 2000-2005. OEUI was a partner with the PUCO and the Ohio Consumers' Counsel in helping to develop the campaign to educate Ohioans about electric restructuring.
