I’ve heard from friends of mine that a lot of the real estate rental companies around OSU’s campus are hard to deal with sometimes, but so far I haven’t had a problem with the service that this company has provided, only time will tell!

Even though they are a small company, 7rent.com has always treated us with respect and responded in a professional manner, which we didn't get with the larger, more well-known landlords we previously had!

Home had good quality finishes and was fairly close to everything! In addition, customer service was great! They were extremely professional, and took care of our issues quickly. I have absolutely loved my renting experience with 7rent :)

I rented from them a long time ago, but my job moved me out of state. I just called them to see about a rental since I'm moving back to Columbus and their still awesome. I'm glad to be back with 7rent. They took real good care of me before and seems some things haven't changed a bit. Thanks guys.

They take care of their properties. While I've lived here, Robert replaced my roof, fixed my landscaping, painted the exterior of the house, replaced some windows, put in a hardwood floor on the first floor (at our request, he did that for us), and just in general he's gone above and beyond. I can honestly say I've never had a landlord do that for me. I'm happy here and so is my family.

I rented from 7rent for a long time while I was living in Columbus. They were always really nice and took care of my place. I have fond memories of the apartment and it was a good experience. If I still lived in Columbus, I would rent from them again. They have really nice properties and staff.
